(Miss Universe 2009 Best in National Costume MISS PANAMA) One of the most watched portion of the on-going contest for the MISS UNIVERSE 2009 is the NATIONAL COSTUME competition. Contestants from different countries brought from their respective hometowns uniquely designed costumes relative to their culture. Some were flower inspired, some animal inspired. Some were elegantly designed, some were as if the contestant is going to a Halloween. And how can you miss the traditional gigantic headdresses usually seen on any of the previous Miss Universe contests.
